I had the honor once again of capturing the Largo Central Park Performing Arts Center Gala, as benefits kids art programs. The event started at 6pm and went on until 10pm. The silent auction started in one of the rooms where they served cocktails and drinks and had live piano music.

The party moved to the theater where The Bus Stop Band was playing a set, which included some classics. They served food and cocktails while the crowd mingled. The president of the foundation Danny Lehan, took to the stage to welcome everyone and to introduce members of the board Sue Osborne and Steven Halstead.

Then manager Audrey Siegler took to the stage to give a few words and to introduce the kids’s performance, which was a song from the movie ‘Finding Nemo’. There was also a couple of solo performances and then they ended with a group performance to the song ‘Money Money Money’.

Senior auctioneer Chris Bohr took to the stage to start the live auction where there were several items and opportunities auctioned to raise funds for the kids. The event ended with the band playing once again and getting the people on the dancefloor. Overall it was a great gala and you can see last year’s gala here.
